Your son’s target list is drawn from this data — and tailored to his grades, goals, and geography.

Our Approach

How we help families navigate.

Four pillars. One question: where will your son be happy, productive, and set up for what comes after?

I

Career Outcomes

We analyze alumni trajectories to see which baseball programs actually feed into Wall Street, Silicon Valley, top medical and graduate schools. The network compounds for forty years.

18,214 alumni career paths verified
II

Academic Fit

Don't chase the jersey. We identify schools where your son will thrive in the classroom and the dugout — matched against his GPA, interests, and learning style.

140+ variables scored per program
III

Coaching Stability

The transfer portal is chaos. We find stable programs with coaches who develop players for four years — not churn them into the portal after one.

Coaching tenure, retention, and tree all tracked
IV

Financial Reality

True cost of attendance, financial aid leveraging, academic merit awards, the ROI of the degree. The sticker price is not the price.

Full aid workup with every engagement

Methodology

We look at what nobody else bothers to track.

Anybody can pull a conference record or an RPI. We pull the signal most families (and most recruiting services) never see — across academics, athletics, and the life that comes after.

Common Questions

What families ask first.

Why not NCSA or a free recruiting service?

Free tools sell scale; we sell depth. NCSA ships your son’s profile to thousands of coaches. We ship the right coaches a personalized case built from 140 variables of program fit. Different product, different outcome.

My son is only a sophomore — isn’t this too early?

It’s the right time. Sophomore year is when the academic packet still bends and when a thoughtful target list reshapes the summer circuit. Better to start here than triage a senior-year scramble.

We’re D3-track, not chasing D1 — is this still relevant?

Most of our placements are in high-academic D3. The Prospectus Index is weighted toward NESCAC, UAA, SCIAC, and equivalents. If anything, we’re more useful for D3 than the typical D1-oriented service.

What do we actually walk away with?

A fully-researched target list, a sharpened athletic & academic packet, personalized coach outreach, visit and offer support, and a small senior team who picks up the phone through signing day.
